I have a 2007 Honda Accord V6 and acquired a trailer hitch for a 2009 Acura TSX. Im unsure of the compatibility between the two vehicles. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The Curt Trailer Hitch part # C11496 that you referenced will not fit a 2007 Honda Accord. If it was a year newer it would as this hitch will fit 2008-2013 Accords.
You would want a Draw-Tite part # 24787 for your Accord. I attached an install video for you to check out.
To complete your towing setup you may also be interested in the following products. A ball mount. Trailer wiring part # 118302 and 1-7/8 inch hitch ball part # 19256.
