Hey Jim,
Cooper 215/75R17.5 tires would have a 30.2" overall diameter so the SnapRing TireSavers RV Tire Covers for 30" to 32" Tires # ST7002BK would be the correct fit. I recommend going with the white version # ST7002WH to help reflect sun light to prevent dry rot.
