Replacement Circuit Board For MaxxAir 4751KSV05

Question:
Ive got a MAXXFAN-SMOKE 4951KS S/N 2016-05-A4951K6-A01680 that will not turn off or close the lid, constantly runs. Is this a bad circuit board or a bad wired remote buttons board? Circuit board is: 4751KSV05. PCB built 2013-08-07. Thanks.

Hello Chad. The issues you are describing sounds like a bad circuit board. It sounds like the motor is working fine so if the fan is not functioning correctly, the circuit board is definitely what I would be looking at. The correct replacement for your 4751KSV05 circuit board is the following:
