Is this the part I need to mount some custom panels to the Rhino Rack RTC channel that is on my camper shell?

Hey Lee, what you'd want instead is the part # RR72UB as this is the square head bolt that holds the feet of the Rhino Rack roof racks into the roof rack channels like your RTC channels.
