Hi Henry,
It looks like for the model that would fit your 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 you would need clamp # 8523159001. We currently only offer this as a single clamp and not in a kit version. Are you needing just the clamp or do you need an entire kit of all new hardware for your ladder rack?
