Hey Diana,

The closest thing we've found to fit your older Reese Outfitter Adventure rack is the Replacement Vinyl Cradle Padding for Swagman Original Series Bike Carriers # P0023.

Apparently, Swagman made the cradles for Reese at the time so this should pop in place.

If this doesn't look like it will work, then you'll either need to rig something up and make it work, or you'll need to replace the bike rack altogether. In this case I recommend checking out the Thule Camber Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH9056. This doesn't have a hitch ball connection on it, but it's a simple and easy-to-use rack which is why I like it.
