Hey Gary,
There isn't an adapter already made for this but you can easily make one yourself with the # HM47900 and # HM47415. The 6-way has a 12v hot pin and brake output pin and the 5-way only has a reverse lock out pin so you'll have to decide what function you want to lose and wire the pins as needed. I recommend using some heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-5 and # DW05745-5 and staggering them to keep the harness thinner. You can then wrap all the wiring up with some electrical tape to protect it.
