Hey David, the best suspension enhancement kit I can recommend for your 2009 Ford F-150 would be the Roadactive kit part # RAS3611-YHD as it's only option that is maintenance free, is easy to install, provides the best support, and unlike other options it actually improves ride quality and handling when loaded and unloaded.
I don't care for air bag kits generally because they are easy to make harsh when trying to dial in air pressure, they are harder to install, and you have to worry about air pressure and leaks with them.

Hi Jameson, Thank you very much for replying and also for providing your recommendation I noticed this product states it is for 4 wheel drive. My vehicle is 2 wheel. Is this product still suitable?
