The Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # BX88267 uses a 40 watt 2357 bulb, which you can likely find at your local hardware store or you can give Blue Ox a call and they can replace it. They said that if you've had the wiring kit for less than a year and the bulb stops working they'd replace it for free.

Kevin. These are LED lamps that potted into two wires. 2357 bulbs are bayonet style that get placed in a socket. Please do a little more research.
