Does the extender ball BW stick up any higher than the regular ball when put in place?

Hello Kerry. The 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085 will stick up about 1-3/4" higher than the standard ball that comes with the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch.
