Hello Robert. We do offer the replacement locking end caps for the Rhino Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA-LEC4 which are sold in a set of four. If you are looking for the locking end cap for the RCL4 towers, I am afraid we do not carry one. Your best bet for that will be to reach out directly to Rhino Rack to see if they can provide one.
