How do you wire this for a 2021 Chevy Colorado 4x4 z71, that requires a negative battery disconnect? Dave J

Expert Reply:
Hello Dave. You are going to need to disconnect the positive battery terminal with the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Flat Tow Brake System # RM-766. The negative battery terminal on the battery will need to remain intact in order for the Demco Stay-IN-Play # SM99251 to function properly. I have linked an install video for the battery disconnect for you below. Keep in mind that one disconnect is needed for each starter battery.
