I have a 09 Chevy Silverado HD 6.0 58k miles. Towing a 36 ft travel trailer. This puts me right to the edge of my max towing range. I have read that the Derale D13105 is a grate coole but Im also looking at another cooler. Do you have any suggestions? Thany you in advance.

The Derale Series 7000 Tube-Fin Transmission Cooler, part # D13105 is a fit for your 2009 Chevrolet Silverado HD with the 6.0 engine.
I recommend part # D13504. This tube-fin cooler is a Class lV cooler and is a bit larger that the D13105, and would work well for you when placed in the best location on your truck. I have attached a drawing that shows where transmission cooolers are typically placed for the best efficiency. The best location indicated by the number 1 on the drawing is between the grille on your truck and the air conditioner condenser.
The Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting you need to order for your truck is part # D13035. This
I am really unable to give you an opinion on the cooler you said you were comparing the Derale cooler to since we do not carry that item.
