Hello Orlin,
Nope, there isn't a way to get an even larger drop when installing the Westin R5 Nerf Bars - Polished Stainless Steel # 28-51270 or # 28-51275 on your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. The bottom of these nerf bars will be about 11" from the ground, so they're already pretty close.
