Can the Part Number: 391LXRX16 fit on a 2020 LEXUS RX 350 w/ F-SPORTS.

Hey Gerry,
The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391LXRX16 unfortunately is not a compatible fit for F-Sport models. The only option we currently have confirmed to fit your model would be the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540. This would only show the receiver tube so the majority of the hitch would be hidden if that's your goal.
If you plan on towing a trailer or adding lights to a hitch mounted accessory then you can pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118255 if you don't have the factory tow package, or the # 118252 if you do.
