Will this Malone Downloader MPG114MD-351XL be compatible with our Rhino Rack 2500 RS Rhino Vortex Two Bar System? We want load 2 10 foot 50lb Kayaks on the roof of our 2024 GMC Sierra 2500. The extended height of the downloader is listed as 98" the height of our truck roof is 78. If the Malone System is compatible, we figure we would need a 2nd set of J style clamps.

Yep, I can verify for you that Rhino-Rack roof racks are 100 percent compatible with the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier & Lift Assist # MPG114MD-351XL.
The Rhino-Rack crossbars are the right size for the Malone carrier, which also has a 75 lb weight capacity so your 50 lb kayaks won't be a hindrance using it. Since you mentioned two kayaks you would indeed need a second carrier, and the right part for that is the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier # MPG114MD.
