Hello Chris. There will be no need to access the computer system in your 2015 Ford F-150 in order to install the Tekonsha P3 # TK99UR brake controller. If your truck already has a 7-way, you will be able to plug the controller in using the included adapter, and no additional parts will be needed. If your truck has an OEM brake controller, it may need to be disconnected before use.
