What is Difference Between 7-Way Adapters 37185 and ETBC7
Question:
What is the difference between the ETBC7 and the 37185? They both appear to have the wiring for the break controller. Their wiring diagram looks the same other than having purple wire vs yellow wire for the aux.

Hey Amanda, this is a great question but basically the # ETBC7 is the # 37185 with additional components needed to complete the charge circuit for the 7-way and also wire in a brake controller.
So if all you need is a basic 4-way to 7-way adapter without a charge circuit or brake controller output circuit active just go with the # 37185. If you are planning on installing a brake controller go with the # ETBC7.
