Suspension Enhancement Option For A Lifted 2000 Ford Ranger

Updated 02/03/2026 | Published 07/20/2024

Question:

I have a 5 inch lift kit from rough country and I would like to put air suspension on there as well. Do you have a 5 inch block to go between the airbag and the bracket? If so, I’d be inclined to purchase the airbag suspension kit from you

Hello Sam. The Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59516 cannot be used on lifted trucks because there are no spacers made for this smaller type of air spring. The only suspension enhancement option we have for a lifted 2000 Ford Ranger is the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade # TLA7311 which is designed to attach to the factory leaf spring pack. I have linked a few review videos and an install video for you below.

Hey Sam, how did things go with the TorkLift StableLoad upgrade for your Ranger? Your experience could point others in the right direction when working with a lifted setup like yours.
