Congrats on your new RV! Since your Ram Promaster has the the Skybunk or pop top you will need to use the Thule HideAway Awning Adapter for Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van item # TH308960. It mounts to the edge of your roof where it meets the side wall of your RV. The item # TH301650 you were looking at won't work.
With this installed you can use the 8' long x 10' wide Thule HideAway Awning item # TH490010.
