Hello Steve,
At one point Thule had a roof rack for the 2010 Hyundai Elantra sedan, but when they updated their parts with new ones, they left that fit behind. So there isn't a Thule option, but there is an option for an Inno square bar roof rack on your '10 Elantra sedan, and to get that what you need is the Inno Square Bar Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # IN37QR.
The # IN37QR comes with the crossbars, fit kit, and feet so it has everything you need to mount to your Elantra.

Hey Steve, how did the Inno Square Bar Roof Rack work out on your Elantra? It sounds like a solid alternative since Thule no longer supports that fit. Your feedback could really help others with the same car.
