Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 - Lower Leg Adapter Is Too Short To Contact Axle Tube

Question:

Hello, I installed this set of airlift bags on my 2022 F350 Lariat FX4. Everything fit but the leveling plate that came with both sides is too short to actually contact the axle tube. See photos.

Hello Zach, thanks for reaching out. The Air Lift # AL55FJ kit comes with 3 different sizes of lower leg adapters. From your picture it looks like you are using the smallest of the adapters which is why it is not contacting the axle. Switch them out for the larger adapters and it should resolve the issue.

Thanks for the response, my kit actually only came with the ones on currently and no other options.

@Zach Interesting. Per the hardware list in the instructions, there should be 3 sizes included (parts H, I and P). This is covered under warranty, and Air Lift prefers to handle this kind of thing directly. Give them a call at 800-248-0892 and they will help get the correct size leg adapters to you.
