Yes, the Stromberg Carlson Base Pad RV Levelers # SC76MR will work on your 2000 American Eagle 40' motorhome. The amount you need will depend on which direction you are trying to level your motorhome. If you are leveling front to rear you would need 4 total for all the rear tires to be supported. If you are leveling drivers side to passenger side you would need 2 for the rear tires and a Single # SC66MR for the front tire.
