Does this part have a built-in water pressure regulator, or will I need to continue to use my inline water pressure regulator?

No, the RV City Water Inlet w/ Brass Check Valve item # 372160-85-A-26A does not have an inline water pressure regulator. You'll want to keep your inline one.
