Have classic brake buddy that will not shut off.

Hi James; I'm assuming you mean the # HM39494 won't stop engaging the brakes. The first thing I would do is double check the breakaway since that is likely the problem. If the pin is pulled or you're having an issue with the communication line that would explain why the brakes are engaged. If it is damaged you can replace it with the # HM39340.
I'm not sure how you checked/tested it but it is also possible there are intermittent power problems. If the brake buddy engages the brakes and loses power it would leave the brake pedal depressed so that is also worth checking.
