Will the EcoHitch Hitch Receiver 2 fit a 2009 Honda Fit with an aftermarket exhaust specifically the Tanabe Touring Medallion?

Hello Phuc,
So long as the exhaust on your 2009 Honda Fit is in the same location as the original, it is compatible with the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7286.
I couldn't find exact instructions for that exhaust, but from what I could see it does look like its in the same location as the exhaust that was originally on the Fit. So it should work but you'll need to verify.
