I currently do not see a backbone system made for your 1999 Chevrolet Suburban K2500. This is most likely because it appears all the Suburban's would have come with the raised rails like you already have. The Backbone # RRRFRB1 you found is for a 4th generation Ford Ranger.
If you are looking to add a platform the Caprock # TH86XE will fit if you attach the Crossbars # TH711520 and Feet # TH710401 onto your raised rails.

Hey, how did the Caprock platform work out on your Suburban with the crossbars and feet setup? Your results could really help others trying to add a platform to a similar roof style.
