Hi Simon; the panoramic sunroof on your 2013 Ford Edge won't interfere with any of the standard roof racks. If you want to install the Thule Evo # TH711420 you were looking at they will fit when paired with the # TH710401 assuming you have roof rails. If you have a naked roof Thule doesn't have a fit so I recommend the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00425 along with the BaseLine towers # Y28TR and BaseClip # Y06180.
