Hey Justin, so the Timbren kit part # TDVR05096 is a fit for your 2007 Dodge Caravan but it really depends on what the modifications that were made to it were. If the suspension is essentially stock then yes this would work but best option would be to compare the install instructions that are attached to your setup to see if there's anything that would interfere.
