Is There Anything You Can Do To Fix Jensen AWM968 That Won't Read CDs?

Question:
I have a jensen awm968 in my camper. am/fm works great but you load any cd and all it does is loading and wont play or anything. any ideas

If you've tried multiple CD's you know work in your Jensen awm968, then I'd try unplugging it for 30 minutes or so to do a hard reset and try again.
If this doesn't work after you hook it back up, then if it's within 1-year of when you got it you can do a warranty claim with Jensen, or you'll be looking at a new unit.
The awm968 has been discontinued, but the # JWM60A will work as a replacement.
