Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch For a 2015 Ford F-350 With Short Bed

Need a 5 th wheel trailer hitch for a Ford F-350 6 ft bed any recommendations

First this will depend on if your 2015 Ford F-350 short bed came with the factory hitch prep/puck system from Ford. If you have the factory mounting points in your bed I recommend the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550038 as it will drop into the factory mounting holes.

If you do not have the factory in bed hitch mounts then you can use the similar Demco Hitch # DM8550037 with the Underbed Mounts # DM8551000. This ensures you will not have any rails in your bed when not towing so you can still easily slide things in and out.

I prefer these Demco 5th wheel hitches as they slide up to 14" back as you turn. This ensure you will not hit your cab against the front corner of the camper when making tight turns. Do note you may need a special adapter with some cushioned pin boxes.
