Question:

Your suggestion for a roof rack will Only work on the smallest A-Liner. The rest of them All have bulbous windows that are Higher than any rack. Weve looked all over, and at every major brand. There are No commercial roof racks that can clear those windows. None, zip, zero. Even the permanent rack bases that screw into place wont work. None of them are tall enough to clear the windows. The only way to attach a rack is to make one yourself out of 2x4s. We recently saw one in Florida, a home-made kayak rack. It was screwed and glued to the plastic top, alongside the aluminum edging. If you have another solution to hauling our canoe, please let us know. Wed like to see it.

I love a challenge and you certainly provided one!. If your A-Liner has rain gutter channels on it you can use 2 sets of the Rhino Rack Gutter Feet, # RL280S4, which are 11 inches tall. Don't have gutters? You can get 2 sets of artificial rain gutters, # 739AHALF.

No where to attach rain gutters on the sides? No problem! Get some Rhino-Rack track, # RTC14, a couple sets of track adapters, # RTRL, and the 2 sets of gutter feet, # RL280S4.

Then you just need a Rhino-Rack heavy duty or aero style crossbar in the proper length.
