why does it say excludes jetta gli. On the top of the page

Hey Anthony, so the GLI versions of the 2018 Volkswagen Jetta use different taillight connectors which is why only option for trailer wiring is a universal style harness like the part # C59236.

So if I have a 2016 jetta gli I can use item #118572 then or do have to use the universal one?
