Is there a flat towing base plate that will work with this grille guard installed on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited? I would like to keep it installed if possible.

No, I am sorry as there isn't a base plate that I can guarantee would also fit with this grille guard. Often they will be using the same space or attach in the same places. What type of bumper does your Jeep have? I am happy to recommend a base plate for you.
