Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11369 will fit your 2015 Ford Fiesta Sedan with the 1.6L engine and a manual transmission.
I do recommend installing the Curt 4-Way # 56047 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to the lights on most small trailers you might pull or connect to Auxiliary Lights # C53201 to a hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack which can impair the view of the tail lights on your Fiesta.
