Hi Melissa,
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13391 is just the hitch and would not come with the necessary wiring for towing a trailer. For your 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio you would need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118777. This wire harness plugs inline with your factory tail light wiring to transfer your light signals to the tail lights on the trailer.
