Question:
How do I remove the 3” puck light with on/off in center located under cabinet in stair well, activated by screen door opening?

I don't have a reference for any light located under a cabinet in a stairwell activated by screen door openings, but for the 12V RV LED Puck Light # 328-K-1003WS you were looking at, just remove the center portion with something like a screwdriver (it should just pop off) and unscrew it.
