I have sq5, trying to tow a 5400 camper, I have the shr30014 already in the car, but I have the wrong attachment I think,

Hey Jorge, you are correct you are going to need the Ball Mount for Stealth Hitches Hidden Receiver Hitch # 391BMU7S to be able to tow with your Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ518.
You'd also need a ball mount like # 40038 for a 2" ball, or # C40007 for a 2 5/16" ball depending on what your trailer needs.
