While traveling on a bumpy road on a very windy trip into the Grand Canyon the entire passenger side came loose and fell off. Can I purchase only the passenger side replacement?

The Roadmaster Tow Defender Repair Kit # RM-4748-10 only comes with the 2 arms (along with the hardware) and they aren't able to be pieced out, unfortunately.
