Hey Kat, there's no reason the Square Corner T-Strap Hinge w/ Reverse Bracket # PLR2212-AS couldn't work on you 2000 Exiss trailer but it is not an exact replacement that we know of and we don't have a way to verify what type of hinge your trailer would have had so best option is to check out what you have on the trailer and go with this if it looks like a similar design.
