The BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitch item # MD254 has a 3" wide channel with mounting holes 1-1/4" apart and 3/4" in diameter.

For a ball mount with a 2" channel you'll want the Curt Slim Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount item # C46KR.
