Question:
The Thule rack came with 3 keys. 2 were in the locks and are called change keys, the third is a different shape and is called a locking key. What purpose does the locking key serve.

The Thule Spare Me should have included three keys, two for the lock and one change key. The change key will have no 'teeth' on the key, and is used to remove the lock cylinder to replace it with another one. The lock keys should have numbers on them that match the numbers on lock cylinder.
