Hi Stephen,
Good question, and the Karrier ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" Aluminum Wheel # KE39JR do not come balanced.
I recommend balancing beads for that, because they are super easy to use and don't require you to go to a tire shop, so they're also economica. For beads on a 16" tire/wheel use the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads Single Pack for Trailers # CA66VR.
This is a pack for one tire so if you're replacing both tires use 2 packs, or if you have a tandem axle trailer you'd need 4 packs.
