First you will need the Fan # FLX236 which will be controlled using the Flex-a-lite Adjustable Temperature Controller # FLX31149 on your 2005 GMC Envoy. You can also add the Auxiliary Switch # FLX31148 if you want to be able to turn on the fan manually.
