Yes, the Curt # C13281 will fit your 2020 Kia Sportage. If you would prefer it in matte black the # e72TR will also fit. These share the same design with the only difference being the finish. If you plan on towing you will also want the # C56321 for 4-way wiring and the # C45534 for a ball mount.
