Question:
I would like to confirm that this wiring kit works with the 2021 Audi Q5e the plug-in hybrid and that the installation instructions are still relevant for that model. Im curious about the battery connection, specifically. Thank you!

Hey Kevin.
The Tekonsha Powered Tail Light Converter w/ 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector and Install Kit # 119147KIT is a universal-style trailer wiring harness that requires splicing into the factory wiring and running a separate wire to the battery for power. It's compatible with PWM and multiplex wiring, but with it being a universal-style kit they don't have model specific directions, just generic ones. the power wire for this harness would need to be ran to the positive post of the battery.
