Question:
Dometic/fantastic fan remote kit FV807357 ,If the manual motor lift knob is removed will the shaft extend beyond the motor? I have an AFrame folding camper, and the knob could interfere with the roof panels when camper is folded down.

Hello Robert. The Manual Lift Knob for the # FV807357 vent has a screw that goes down thru the top of the handle and attaches it to the motor assembly. If you were to remove the knob, there would be no part of the shaft that extends beyond the motor, so it sounds like this vent will work for you.
