Why Doesn't the Included 10 amp fuse with the Curt Wiring Harness # 55571 fit my 2009 Nissan Murano

I received the 10 amp fuse provided in the #55571 kit, but the 10 amp fuse can not be pushed all the way in my 09 muranos slot labeled trailer.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but it looks like the included 10 amp fuse with the Curt Wiring harness part # 55571 that you referenced is a different size then what will work on the newer Muranos like your 2009.
I spoke to my contact at Curt and he said you would have to track down a fuse that would fit and is rated for 10 amps from Nissan.
You might even be able to take the fuse you removed and go to an auto parts store and tell them you need a 10 amp version of that fuse.
