Will The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock Work With TailgateCamera Handle On 2006 Dodge Ram 2500?

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega/short bed, and I would like to use the Pop and Lock with an after market tailgate handle that has a camera. Do you think this would work? Here is the handle I am looking at: TailgateCamera Handle With 180 Degree Camera for 2002-2008 Dodge Ram Thank you for your time

While the TailgateCamera Handle With 180 Degree Camera for 2002-2008 Dodge Ram looks identical to the factory handle on your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 I have never worked with this product so I cannot tell if any of the internal mechanisms that the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PAL3400 attaches to are different. If you can get TailgateCamera to confirm if the internals of their handle are the same as the factory with the only difference being the camera portion there is no reason the Pop & Lock would not work. As they only have a basic image on their site I cannot tell from the information they have.
