The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1728 you found is what you need to flat tow your 2017 GMC Acadia Denali AWD using the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420. You would want to use the Flat Tow Wiring Kit # RM-15267 to integrate your tail lights to operate off the tow vehicle. And you will need a supplemental braking system like the Brake Buddy Select # HM39524 due to the weight of your Acadia.
